1. About this application

ALEPPO CONSTRUCTION helps users:

• Browse construction, renovation, interior, exterior, and property-maintenance services.
• Prepare and submit project quote requests.
• Request preferred site-visit dates.
• Organize project details, milestones, and planning notes.
• Save services and design preferences.
• Use construction-planning calculators and checklists.
• Contact Aleppo Construction LLC for support.

The app is intended for construction and property-service planning. It does not provide financial services, investments, loans, cryptocurrency services, gambling, medical advice, government services, or guaranteed project outcomes.

2. Information you provide

Depending on the features you use, you may provide the following information.

Contact information

• Full name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Preferred contact method

Property and location information

• Street address, city, state, ZIP code
• Property type
• Site-access instructions

The app does not require continuous or background location tracking. Property locations are entered manually unless a future version clearly asks you to use a location feature.

Project information

• Requested service category and project description
• Approximate dimensions or measurements
• Preferred materials, finishes, and design preferences
• Desired project timeframe and preferred site-visit date and time
• Optional planning budget range
• Project notes, milestones, and tasks

A planning budget is used only to understand the proposed project scope. It is not used for credit, lending, investment, financing, or financial profiling.

Photos and files

You may choose to attach photographs relating to a property or project. The app is designed to use Android's system photo-selection experience so that you can select specific photos instead of granting access to your entire media library.

Do not upload:

• Government identification documents
• Bank or payment-card information
• Medical records or passwords
• Unrelated personal photographs
• Confidential information belonging to another person
• Images you do not have permission to share

Profile and preference information

You may save name and contact details, preferred location, saved services, design preferences, draft requests, checklist progress, and app settings. The current version does not require users to create a password-protected online account.

3. Information stored on your device

The app may store certain information locally on your Android device, including profile details, app preferences, saved services, draft and submitted request summaries, project-planning information, checklist progress, and calculator inputs and saved results.

Local information remains on your device until you delete it through the app, clear the app's storage through Android settings, or uninstall the app.

Uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information, but it will not automatically delete information that you previously submitted to Aleppo Construction LLC through email or another external service.

4. Information submitted to Aleppo Construction LLC

When you submit or share a quote request, site-visit request, support message, or project summary, the information may be transferred to Aleppo Construction LLC, including your name, email, telephone number, property address, project description, service selection, preferred schedule, project photographs, and additional notes.

The current app may open your chosen email application with request information prepared for you. You can review or edit the message before sending it. When you send information through an external email provider, that provider processes the message under its own privacy policy and security practices.

Sending a request does not create a binding construction contract, approve a quote, confirm a visit, or guarantee service availability.

5. How we use information

Aleppo Construction LLC may use submitted information to:

• Review and respond to project inquiries
• Understand the requested construction service
• Prepare or discuss a possible quotation
• Contact you about your request and propose or confirm a site visit
• Request additional project information
• Organize project planning and customer support
• Maintain appropriate business records
• Protect the app, company, customers, and services against misuse
• Resolve disputes or complaints
• Comply with applicable legal obligations
• Improve app functionality and service-request workflows

We do not use project information to provide loans, investments, credit decisions, insurance decisions, employment decisions, medical decisions, or government benefits.

6. Legal basis for processing

Where applicable, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: your consent when you choose to submit information; steps requested by you before entering into a service agreement; performance of a service agreement; our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and operating the app; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and protection of users, the company, and other persons against fraud or misuse.

You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.

7. Information we do not intentionally collect

The app is not designed to intentionally collect:

• Contact lists, SMS/MMS messages, or call logs
• Microphone recordings or precise background location
• Health or medical records, or biometric information
• Financial account, credit-, or debit-card details
• Advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising
• Passwords for third-party accounts
• Browsing history or information from other installed apps

The app does not secretly record users, monitor calls, read messages, or track users in the background.

8. Payments

The app does not process online payments, card payments, bank transfers, cryptocurrency transactions, loans, or financing applications.

Where a service is eligible for a cash payment arrangement, the available option may be described as Cash After Service or Cash on Delivery. Payment details and final service terms are confirmed directly between the customer and Aleppo Construction LLC.

We do not ask users to enter payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, or online banking passwords into the app.

9. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only in the following situations.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support necessary business operations, such as email providers, website hosting providers, secure cloud or server providers (if introduced), technical support providers, professional advisers, and contractors assisting with a requested project. Such providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for their assigned function.

User-directed sharing

When you choose to send an email, share a request summary, open a map, add an appointment to a calendar, open a website, or use another external application, information is transferred according to your action and the privacy practices of the receiving application or service.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request; protect the rights, safety, and property of users or Aleppo Construction LLC; investigate fraud, misuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business restructuring

If the business is reorganized, merged, acquired, or transferred, relevant information may be transferred subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

10. Advertising and tracking

The current version of ALEPPO CONSTRUCTION is not designed to display third-party advertising or use personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell user information to advertising networks or data brokers.

Should advertising, analytics, crash reporting, cloud synchronization, or a new third-party SDK be introduced, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration must be updated before or when that change becomes effective.

11. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Information stored locally: Locally stored profile information, drafts, requests, saved services, calculator results, and settings remain until deleted by the user, cleared through Android settings, or removed by uninstalling the app.

Submitted inquiries may be retained while an inquiry is being reviewed; a quotation or site visit is being discussed; a requested service or project remains active; customer support is being provided; a dispute or complaint remains unresolved; or retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, contractual, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete it, securely dispose of it, or anonymize it where practical. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until routine backup cycles complete.

12. Deletion requests

The app does not currently require an online account. Users can remove locally stored app information by using the available Delete Local Data, Clear History, or similar controls, where provided. Users may also clear the app's storage through Android settings or uninstall the app.

To request deletion of information previously submitted to Aleppo Construction LLC, email dev@aleppoconstruction.site with the subject line "ALEPPO CONSTRUCTION — Data Deletion Request."

Include enough information to help us locate the relevant records, such as your name, the email and telephone number used in the request, a request reference number where available, and a description of the information you want deleted.

We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. We may retain limited information when required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to protect legitimate legal rights.

13. Access, correction, and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to ask whether we process your personal information; request access to it; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent for future processing; request a portable copy where legally required; and appeal certain privacy-request decisions where applicable.

Submit requests to dev@aleppoconstruction.site. We will respond within the period required by applicable law after reasonably verifying the request. We will not discriminate against a user for making a lawful privacy request.

14. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. These measures may include limiting access to information, using secure transmission methods, minimizing the information requested, using Android platform protections, reviewing permissions and third-party components, and maintaining reasonable business security procedures.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in project descriptions, photos, emails, or support requests.

15. Android permissions

The app should request only permissions required for active, user-facing functionality. Depending on the installed version and features used, the app may use internet access to open web content or communicate with online services, network-state access to identify connectivity, notification permission when optional notifications are enabled, and Android's system photo picker for user-selected project images.

The app should not request broad photo-library, contacts, SMS, call-log, microphone, or background-location permissions unless a future feature genuinely requires them and appropriate disclosures and consent are provided.

16. External applications and links

The app may open external services such as an email application, a telephone dialer, a browser, a map application, or a calendar application. Aleppo Construction LLC does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Review the relevant provider's privacy policy before transmitting information through its service.

17. International processing

Aleppo Construction LLC is a Pakistan-based company, while the app may be offered to users in the United States and other locations. Information submitted through the app may therefore be processed or accessed in Pakistan, the United States, or other countries in which relevant service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Where required, we will use reasonable safeguards for international data transfers.

18. Children's privacy

ALEPPO CONSTRUCTION is intended for adults arranging or planning construction and property services. It is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact dev@aleppoconstruction.site. After reasonable verification, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information. Parents and guardians should supervise minors' use of construction-planning applications.

19. Design-inspiration images

The app may display architectural and interior images for design inspiration. These images are intended to help users communicate preferences. Unless clearly identified otherwise, inspiration images are not presented as completed Aleppo Construction projects.

Users should not upload or redistribute images that violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.

20. Construction calculators and informational tools

Area, paint, tile, concrete, drywall, and similar calculators provide approximate planning results based on information entered by the user. Calculator inputs may be processed locally on the device.

Results are not structural engineering calculations, architectural approvals, building-code approvals, safety certifications, final material orders, binding quotations, or professional engineering advice. Users should verify measurements, quantities, site conditions, codes, and technical requirements with qualified professionals.

21. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy when app functionality changes; data practices change; third-party services are added or removed; legal or regulatory requirements change; or security and operational practices are updated.

The revised policy will display a new "Last updated" date. Where a change materially affects how personal information is handled, we may provide an additional in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use after a policy update is subject to the revised policy, except where applicable law requires separate consent.
